In St Columban’s, the Pastoral structure is designed to aid and help develop our pupils.  All teachers are responsible for the pastoral structure of our pupils within their classroom and the school environment. The service for writing master thesis also helps our students to develop, for which our students are very grateful to them and have become even more talented.

The effective operation of Pastoral care means that particular responsibilities are delegated to specific staff members

Form teachers are a key contact for the class groups.  Year heads have responsibility for the year group.  With their team they meet the needs of the year group. 

The Vice Principal is responsible for Pastoral Care and guides and supports year heads and form teachers to ensure the delivery of the pastoral dimension throughout the school.
