St Columban’s Readathon Supports Daisy Lodge

At a special assembly this week,   a cheque for £831 was handed over to Ms Rebecca Spiers  from the NI Cancer Fund for Children to support the great work being done by the charity  at Daisy Lodge in Newcastle.   St Columban’s pupils raised the money during their annual Readathon event which took place at the end of June.   Ms Spiers praised all the pupils who took part in the Readathon and also thanked their sponsors for their generous support of this very worthwhile cause.
